Welcome to Homefinder, Blyth Valley Housings lettings service.  The Homefinder service allocates Blyth Valley Councils homes and partner housing association properties for rent.

We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week.

You must then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding, do not worry about the word 'bid', you won't be parting with any money.  All this means is that you are actively interested and wish to be considered for the property or properties you are applying for.

You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto our housing register.
